Orders and Returns
1. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) using our hassle-free, RETURNS FORM BELOW
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
You will see any notes from our staff in your customer account area.
2. FAULTY GOODS
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on our Customer Returns form below , and a member of our team will look into it.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
2. Refund Process (once the item is returned)
Once we have recieved the items from you, any refund which will be returned will be processed through the same payment method you originally made the transaction through. Our payment methods are Sagepay and Paypal and the payment once confirmed will take approximately 2-3 working days. We process the refund once our customer support team made all the neccasary checks and our promt accounts department will process this on the same day. We must allow a few days for this process, and your patience is greatly appreciated.
We can not offer replacements at this time for our products, should you still like to purchase the item please continue to reorder another one of our quality garments. Any issues can be escalated to firstname.lastname@example.org
ORDER TRACKING (We track every order)
1. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR ITEM
Dont worry our customer service is very good and we track every order and you can see where it is in transite from our depot. To keep it simple you can use the form below to enter your order number and if your item is still on its way our approved courier link will tell you exactly where it is.
It is important to have your order number as it our way of knowing who you are and any reference details to help you if you have any issues.
